Build me a web app for B2B lead qualification where I can paste in up to 20 company websites or upload a CSV, then have it collect public contact info and basic company metadata, clean up duplicates, and save everything in a database.

I want a clear table that lets me sort and filter leads by how strong they are, with a simple score from 0 to 100 that is based on rules, not vague AI guesses. Each lead should show where the data came from, like the source URL and what was found there, so I can trust it.

Also add an AI research panel for each company that can generate a short company summary and a cold outreach draft, but only using the information already collected. If AI is unavailable, the app should still work normally. Make the design clean and businesslike, and include CSV export for the final lead list.
