Build me a full stack service provider onboarding portal where providers can sign up, log in, fill out their profile, and submit an application for approval. I want them to be able to add contact details, address, city, state, pincode, choose service categories, list skills and experience, write a short bio, and upload a profile photo plus verification documents.

They should be able to save edits before approval, submit the onboarding request, and then see whether their application is pending, approved, or rejected, including any rejection notes.

Also build an admin area where I can log in, see dashboard stats, browse all providers, search and filter by status, open full provider details, view uploaded photos and documents, and approve or reject applications with remarks.
