Build me a Streamlit app that helps me hunt for jobs in real time.

It should let me upload my resume as a PDF or DOCX, then scan fresh job listings from sites like Naukri, Indeed, Remotive, and Arbeitnow, and show how well each job matches my skills. I want a clear match score for every job, plus a simple breakdown of missing skills so I can see why a role is a good fit or not.

Make the dashboard easy to filter by role, location, and match score, and have it refresh automatically so new jobs keep coming in without me doing anything. Save jobs, my preferences, and the ones I have already applied to in a local database. If you can, also add a clean way to view job details and compare them against my CV.
