vivekkeskar/sai-vandan-real-estate-crm ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a modern real estate CRM for Sai Vandan Complex that helps the team manage the whole sales and operations flow in one place.

I want a clean dashboard where staff can track leads, properties, site visits, bookings, payments, HR, payroll, vendors, finance, and reports. The app should feel simple to use for office staff, sales people, and managers, with role based access if needed. Make it easy to add, edit, search, and update records, and show useful summaries like pending follow ups, booked units, payment status, and basic financial and staff info.

Use the existing frontend and backend setup in the repo, and build it as a polished full stack app that is ready for real use. If you need current docs or a better way to structure something, look it up online and keep it practical. Please also make the UI look modern and responsive so it works well on desktop and mobile.
