Build me a Python app that lets me paste in a public GitHub repo URL and then analyzes the code for quality and security issues. I want it to scan the repository structure, look through the code with AST based checks, and then use an AI model like Claude or GPT to write a helpful review in plain English. It should find things like long functions, too much nesting, missing docstrings, risky code like eval or exec, hardcoded secrets, and other maintainability problems.

I also want a simple Streamlit dashboard that shows a summary score, severity breakdown, key findings, and charts for the repo. The app should generate a downloadable report and include clear recommendations for what to fix first. If possible, add GitHub integration so it can support pull request style reviews too.
