Build me a web app called Git Started that helps people find beginner friendly GitHub issues to work on.

I want a clean homepage where users can browse open issues labeled good first issue or help wanted, search and filter them, and flip through pages easily. On top of that, add an AI search box where someone can type something like “I want a small frontend bug fix” and get a ranked list of matching issues with a short explanation for each one.

Also include sign up and login, a way to bookmark issues, and let users mark them as saved, attempted, submitted, or completed with notes. Add an alerts page so users can opt in to daily email updates when new matching issues show up. Make it feel polished, accessible, and responsive, with a distinct identity instead of a generic AI app look.
