Build me a Claude Code plugin that acts like a small AI app studio for mobile apps.

I want to be able to type one simple command with a one line app idea, like a habit tracker for new parents, and have the team take it from planning to a shipped iOS and Android app. It should work in stages, first understanding the idea, then making a plan, then building in parallel, reviewing its own work, testing it, fixing bugs, and only stopping for me when it needs approval for the plan and again when it is ready to ship.

It should also support taking an existing app and onboarding or auditing it, so it can read the codebase, spot gaps, and help improve it. Please include a live control room style dashboard or log view so I can see what each role is doing, what is blocked, and what still needs approval. Use the repo’s existing docs and skills if they help, and look up current docs online if you need to.
