Build me a polished Windows desktop app called Loaderly that gives me one place to handle online media from start to finish. I want to be able to paste links from sites like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Vimeo, Reddit, and SoundCloud, queue single links, batches, or playlists, and download them with clear progress, speed, size, and ETA when available.

After downloading, the app should keep everything in a local library with thumbnails, source links, and simple file actions. I also want to import videos from my own PC and use the same tools on them. Please include watching and trimming clips, saving edit state, making hard cuts, taking snapshots, adding blur areas to hide part of a video, zooming into a region, and working with subtitles by editing, translating, styling, hiding, restoring, and burning them into the video. Exporting the final result should feel easy.

Make it feel modern and clean, support English and Arabic, offer light, dark, and system theme modes, and include in app updating from GitHub releases. Look up current docs online if you need to.
