Build me a calm money app that helps people pause before impulse buys.

I want the app to let a user enter a price, then show what that purchase really means in work hours based on their own hourly wage. After that, it should suggest a few better things they could get with the same money, based on hobbies they care about. From there, the user should be able to skip the purchase, mark it as bought, or freeze it for a while and come back to it later.
