Build me a simple personal second brain and dashboard for my work notes. I want it to feel like a clean, searchable knowledge base where plain files are the source of truth, covering people, projects, OKRs, concepts, decisions, meetings, and code architecture.

The dashboard should give me a useful home page with current charters, quick links to important people and projects, and an easy way to browse or search across everything. Pages should be able to reference each other naturally with wiki style links like [[people/name]] and [[projects/name]]. Meetings should be easy to find by date and topic, and decisions and project pages should be simple to keep updated over time.

This repo also needs to work as a sync dump so local files can be made accessible to Hermes, while still being pleasant to use as a personal dashboard.
