Build me a chess database app that works on desktop and Android, where I can open PGN files and ChessBase style collections, browse and search my games, and keep my own databases that only save when I choose to. I want a board and notation view where I can step through moves, see comments and variations, add my own notes, copy and paste games, and edit or review positions easily.

Please include engine analysis with Stockfish or any other UCI engine, plus a full game review that marks mistakes, blunders, and good moves and can write those annotations back into the game. It should also let me search by position, filter by player and date, and prepare against an opponent by looking at their opening choices. If possible, let me play against the computer too, with clocks and different difficulty levels. Make it polished, multilingual, and ready to handle real world chess files without breaking them.
