vuejs/pinia ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a new state management library for Vue, something that can be the official successor to Vuex but is much more intuitive and lightweight. Let's call it "Pinia".

It should be designed specifically for Vue 3 and the Composition API. The top priority is a great developer experience, so it needs to be fully type-safe with TypeScript right out of the box and have excellent integration with the Vue DevTools for easy debugging.

The main API should be simple. I'm thinking of a defineStore function where a user can define their state, getters (like computed properties for the store), and actions (functions to change the state). It should feel modular, allowing developers to create many different stores that can be imported anywhere they're needed. It also needs to support server-side rendering and work as a Nuxt module.
