Build me a simple Google IDX project that helps someone set up a VPS style VM inside IDX from this repo.

When they open the workspace, I want the setup to be clear and ready to use, with the right IDX config in place and a clean README that walks a beginner through creating the workspace, running the VM install command, and then continuing with the next setup steps. Make it easy to copy and paste the commands, and keep the instructions friendly and short.

If anything in the current guide is incomplete, clean it up and make it feel polished and trustworthy. I’d also like a place for the Cloudflare notes and the later panel install step, even if that part is just prepared for now. Use current docs online if you need to check the best way to set up Google IDX.
