Build me a clean documentation site for VyOS that matches the docs people read on Read the Docs.

I want the pages written in Markdown, with support for the special VyOS command blocks and shared include snippets, and I want the whole thing to build nicely into a polished HTML site. It should have a local preview workflow too, so I can open it in a browser and see changes right away while I edit. Please make sure the build matches what would run in production, and keep the older legacy source files separate so they are not part of the active site.
