Build me a Samsung Smart TV app and companion server that lets me watch RTSP camera feeds on a Tizen TV.

I want an admin page where I can add, edit, and delete cameras, set the server address from the TV app, and choose whether each channel shows one camera or a 4 camera grid. The TV side should let me switch channels with the remote numpad, channel up and down, and voice commands like channel up, channel down, and number entry. It should support a lot of cameras, work with RTSP over TCP or UDP, and use ffmpeg on the server to convert streams so they play smoothly on the TV.

Make it runnable locally and in Docker, and if it makes sense, add basic login protection for the admin page. If you need current Tizen or Samsung TV docs, look them up online and follow whatever is needed to get it working.
