Build me a command line tool for exploring binary files that feels like jq, but for bytes.

I want to be able to open files like videos, network captures, archives, images, and other binary formats, then query parts of them with a simple expression language, see the structure in a readable hex style view, and drill into nested data without having to manually decode everything. It should also have a friendly interactive mode with autocomplete, plus support for slicing, concatenating, and transforming binary data, and for reading common text based formats like JSON, XML, YAML, base64, hex, and URLs when that makes sense.

Please make it easy to run from the terminal, add a few useful decoders for common formats, and make sure it can print results in a way that feels natural for command line workflows. If you need to, look up current docs online so the behavior matches what people expect.
