Build me an anime REST API in TypeScript that can provide streaming and download links for subtitle Indonesia content from a few source sites like otakudesu, kuramanime, and oploverz.

I want it to return clean JSON for things like ongoing anime lists, search results, anime detail pages, episode pages, and downloadable or streamable links, with pagination where it makes sense. The API should be easy to run locally, start on port 3001, and work well as a backend for a simple website or app.

Please make it clear and organized, with reusable source configs so I can update the source URLs later if they change. Since these sites can change often, keep the scraping logic flexible and easy to maintain. If you need to check current docs or patterns online, feel free to look them up.

I’d also like the project to be ready for production use, so include build and run scripts, and make sure the responses are consistent and easy for a frontend to consume.
