Build me a Windows live wallpaper app like a free community Wallpaper Engine style tool, but make it clear it’s unofficial and not connected to Steam or Valve.

I want users to download a zip, run an exe, browse animated wallpapers, video wallpapers, audio visualizer wallpapers, and interactive wallpapers, then apply one to their desktop. It should support 4K and 8K files, multi monitor setups, hotkeys, auto pause when a game or full screen app is open, and try to stay light on CPU and GPU. Include a simple creator area where someone can import media, preview it, save a custom scene, and apply it.

Please make the UI feel polished and beginner friendly, with a wallpaper gallery, search, categories, favorites, settings, and a clear apply button. If workshop style importing is possible, add it in a safe community content way. Use TypeScript since this repo is set up for that. Look up current Windows wallpaper APIs online if needed.
