Build me a professional video editor that runs completely in the browser, with no uploads and no install. I want users to choose a local workspace folder, create projects, import videos, audio, images, GIFs, and SVGs, then edit everything on a multi track timeline.

It should feel like a real editor, with drag and drop clips, trimming, splitting, joining, ripple edits, transitions, text, shapes, masks, captions, markers, undo and redo, keyboard shortcuts, and a smooth live preview. Add keyframe animation for things like position, scale, opacity, effects, masks, and text. Include common video effects, color tools, audio volume, fades, EQ, waveforms, and thumbnails.
