Build me a simple Streamlit app that lets me upload files to SharePoint 365 with just my SharePoint username and password.

I want to paste in a source folder path on my computer, see a quick summary of the files in that folder, and then choose the SharePoint location to upload into. The app should make a new folder in the destination based on today’s date, then upload the files that match the chosen file type, like .xlsx by default. If possible, let me change the file type later without rewriting the whole app.

Keep the interface clean and easy to use, with clear fields for the login details, source folder, destination folder, and upload status.
