Build me a network traffic monitoring tool, kind of like a modern, open-source alternative to Fiddler or Charles. The main goal is to let me intercept and inspect HTTP and HTTPS traffic from both my computer and my phone. For mobile, it should have a super easy connection method, like scanning a QR code, so I don't have to manually configure wifi proxy settings.

The app should have key features like domain filtering, so I only see the traffic I care about. I also need the ability to rewrite requests—redirecting them, blocking them, or modifying the request and response bodies.
