Build me a Chrome extension called OmniPost AI that lets me create and publish social posts from one simple popup. I want to choose either ChatGPT or Gemini, type a topic or short prompt, and have the AI write the post for me. Then I should be able to send it straight to Facebook, Threads, or X using my existing browser logins, so there are no API keys to set up.

For Threads, please support longer posts with 1 to 5 paragraphs and let me schedule them for a specific date and time. For Facebook and X, just make single post publishing work, and keep X within normal tweet length. The experience should feel fast and clean, with an easy popup interface and the background behavior needed to handle posting and scheduling.
