Build me a web app for EV Bike Bangladesh where people can browse electric bikes, filter them by things like price and features, compare a few side by side, and save favourites. I want a clean modern frontend with a simple product style look, and a login flow so users can sign in before they add or manage vehicles.

After login, there should be an admin area where someone can add a new vehicle, edit it, or delete it. Public visitors should still be able to view the listings without signing in. Please make the app work with a backend, a database, and user authentication, and set it up so the server verifies the signed in user before allowing changes.
