Build me a Rust based terminal app called Warp thats like a next generation dev environment.

It should feel like using a super smart shell where every command runs in nice visual blocks with rich output you can click and copy from easily. Support bash zsh and all the normal terminal workflows on macOS and Linux but add an agentic layer on top so you can talk to a built in AI coding assistant in plain English.

The agent can generate commands write scripts debug things or even chain multiple steps together. Let users plug in their own CLI agents too like Claude or others.

Keep the core fast and native with a clean modern interface. Start with the terminal emulator basics then layer on the AI features and workflows. Look up current terminal ui patterns if you need inspiration but make it feel magical for everyday coding.
