Build me a TypeScript MCP server that lets me control a LINE Official Account from an AI chat instead of clicking around LINE OA Manager.

I want to connect it with a LINE channel access token, then ask normal questions like show my OA status, send a broadcast, create a rich menu, make a Flex message, check campaign results, create an audience from a CSV, manage coupons, test my webhook, and look up user profiles. It should work for one OA by default, but also let an agency register and switch between multiple client OAs.

Please make it friendly for non developers, with clear setup, example config for Claude, Cursor, Codex, and ChatGPT desktop, safe dry runs before sending, quota checks, quiet hour warnings, and helpful Thai localized templates where it makes sense. No database or hosted backend should be required. Use current LINE Messaging API and MCP docs online if needed.
