Build me a WhatsApp chatbot for a restaurant that can answer customer questions and handle table reservations automatically.

I want it to connect to a WhatsApp number through Wassenger, read incoming messages, and reply like a helpful restaurant assistant using OpenAI. It should keep track of the conversation so it can answer follow up questions naturally, and it should be able to switch to a human if someone asks for a real person. If a chat is assigned to staff, the bot should stop replying. It should also ignore group chats and respect simple blacklist rules for certain users or labels.
