Build me an open source desktop app called Recordly for making polished screen recordings without needing a separate video editor.

I want it to run on Mac, Windows, and Linux. The user should be able to choose a screen or app window, record microphone and system audio, then go straight into an editor. The editor should feel simple but powerful, with a timeline where you can trim clips, add zooms, speed up or slow down parts, add annotations, crop the frame, and save projects so they can be reopened later.

Make the recordings look presentation ready. Add smooth cursor effects, automatic zoom suggestions based on cursor movement, styled backgrounds, rounded frames, shadows, padding, colors, gradients, and uploaded wallpapers. Include an optional webcam bubble that can be moved, resized, mirrored, rounded, and given a shadow.
