Build me an online tool for batch downloading WeChat public account articles.

I want a simple web app where I can search for a public account by keyword, browse its articles, filter them by things like author, title, date, original status, and collections, then export the selected articles in formats like HTML, JSON, Excel, TXT, MD, and DOCX. The HTML export should keep the layout and styling as faithfully as possible, including images and supporting files. It should also be able to export extra data like reading counts, shares, comments, and comment replies when that information is available.

Please make it work as a website first, and also support running it privately with Docker and on Cloudflare.
