Build me a Java project called Waltz that works as a distributed, replicated write ahead log for transactions.

I want to be able to start a small local cluster, write transactions through a client, and have the data safely replicated across multiple servers and storage nodes using quorum style writes. Please include a simple demo app too, something like a tiny bank balance example on top of the log so I can see how it’s used in practice.

Make it easy to run locally with scripts or Docker, and include a smoke test that spins up a few nodes, sends a lot of transactions, randomly restarts parts of the cluster, and then checks that nothing was lost and all replicas match. Add clear commands for building, testing, starting the demo cluster, and running the demo app. If you need to look up current docs online, feel free to do that.
