Build me a free Windows desktop tool for Huawei phones that feels like an all in one service utility. I want it focused on bootloader unlock and FRP removal first, with extra sections for flashing, partition management, full ROM backup and restore, OEM info compile and decompile, update.app extract and flash, basic device info reading, and generating rawprogram files from the phone or from a file.
