Build me a Kodi video add on for MercadoPlay that lets people watch the public catalog inside Kodi 19 or newer. I want simple browsing by sections like movies, series, and kids, with decent posters and metadata, fast loading, and playback that actually works reliably.

Please make it handle MercadoPlay streams properly, including MPEG DASH, server side inserted ads, and protected playback with Widevine L3, even if that means keeping it at 480p for compatibility. If the ad skipping helper is installed, add an option in settings to automatically skip ad segments during playback. Use some local caching so browsing feels snappy.

It should be installable as a zip from Kodi, show up under Video add ons, and depend on the usual adaptive playback support.
