Build me a React app that recreates a personal Android home screen as closely as possible.

I want it to look like a real phone home screen, with a wallpaper background, app icons laid out in a familiar grid, and a few folders that open to show grouped apps. The icons should be functional, so when I click them they do something useful like open a link, launch a page, or show a small panel. I’d like the whole thing to feel polished and organized, like an actual homescreen I could use every day, not just a static mockup.
