Build me a simple desktop app for Linux that acts as a friendly front end for the Proton VPN command line tool. I want a dark Qt style interface with a big connect and disconnect button, a tray icon, and it should show whether I’m connected, which server I’m on, and my public IP when possible. It should log in securely, support two factor codes, and keep checking the VPN status in the background so the screen updates if something changes outside the app.

Please also add pages for account, countries, and settings. Free users should be guided clearly and not see options they can’t use, while Plus users should be able to pick locations, manage recent connections, and turn on extra settings like kill switch, custom DNS, netshield, and port forwarding. If port forwarding is enabled, show the forwarded port and keep it alive while the app is open. Use the Proton VPN CLI underneath, and look up current docs online if you need to.
