Build me a Claude Code skill that takes a technical idea and turns it into a polished interactive isometric figure of a real machine.

I want it to generate a self contained page or asset that looks like a carefully drawn engineering diagram, with lots of small parts, clean shading, labels, and a live readout. It should feel like a physical object that explains the idea by working like the idea, not just a flat illustration. For some scenes, it should also support simple motion, hover and keyboard interaction, and optional effects like fire, water, steam, glow, or other things that are hard to do in plain SVG.

Make it easy to use from a short command like “explain how X works, interactive”, and have it produce a few strong examples I can open and compare. Keep the style consistent, light or dark, and make sure the figure still makes sense if the fancy effects are unavailable. If you need to look up current docs online, do that.
