Build me a phone number intelligence tool called Numint that works mainly in the terminal, with an optional simple web app and a Discord option too. I want to paste in a phone number and get a clean profile from public sources, starting with basic validation and formatting, country, region, time zones, carrier, and whether it looks like mobile, landline, or VoIP. If API keys are added, it should also pull extra carrier, location, and spam or fraud risk info from multiple providers, keep the different answers instead of hiding disagreements, and show some confidence.

It should work even with no keys at all. I also want an optional account presence check for sites like Instagram, Amazon, Snapchat, X, and Microsoft, but only if the user explicitly confirms they are authorized. Add ready to open search and reverse lookup links, an optional AI summary that only describes what was actually found, report export, and a way to scan a whole file of numbers with a simple risk heatmap. If you need to, check current docs online.
