Build me a Python app called SNOOP that helps look up a person’s public footprint and save the results as a case you can come back to later.

I want it to search the web for matching public accounts and pages, read what it finds, attach sources, and keep everything organized in a resumable investigation workspace. It should have a command line flow where I can start a search with a name, continue the latest case, and open a local web workspace in the browser. If search API keys are missing, the app should still run and just skip search instead of breaking.

Please make it work on Python 3.11 or newer, include a simple setup and a doctor style check command, and make sure it is clearly meant for consented privacy audits or checking my own footprint, not anything shady. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
