I want a working self hosted wiki using this codebase, basically a Wikipedia style site that people can use to create, edit, and organize pages together.

Please get it running locally with a simple setup, using the easiest path in the repo, including any built in container option if that helps. Make sure the core wiki experience works well, pages can be edited in the browser, page history and basic search work, user accounts and permissions are set up sensibly, and the site is ready for different languages. It should feel clean out of the box and be easy to extend later with themes or add ons.

Also handle the initial configuration so there is a usable starter wiki with an admin account and a few example pages. If anything important is missing, add clear notes for what to fill in.
