Build me an offline first study app that helps students keep all their lecture files, notes, and annotations in one place, and keeps everything private on the computer.

I want a desktop app with a clean library view, a reader for PDFs and slide decks, and a way to highlight pages and add notes. It should let me drag in documents like PDFs, PowerPoints, and Word files, then automatically turn them into neat PDFs and extract the text so I can search and study them easily. Store everything locally in SQLite, and have a background process handle the file extraction and syncing quietly in the background.

If possible, add an AI study helper that only works with my own API key, so it can summarize pages and make study guides without sending my files anywhere else.
