Build me a self hosted open source internal developer platform like the one in this repo. I want a web app where someone can write small scripts in common languages like Python, TypeScript, Go, Bash, SQL, PowerShell, and Rust, then have the app automatically turn the script inputs into a simple UI so other people can run it without touching code.

It should let users run scripts as internal APIs, background jobs, and reusable workflow steps, then chain those steps into flows. I also want a way to build richer internal apps on top of those scripts and flows, plus support for common triggers like schedules, webhooks, and HTTP routes. Please include local development and a straightforward self hosting setup, ideally something that works with Docker Compose and Postgres.
