Build me a Claude Code skill pack that I can plug into the marketplace and use right away.

I want a collection of reusable skills for things like requirements and task planning, code review, self review, troubleshooting, incident analysis, interview support, knowledge base notes, SaaS spec writing, project risk checks, agent orchestration, and a couple of small utility integrations.

Please organize each skill in its own folder with clear markdown instructions and simple templates where needed, and make the repo easy to browse with good docs for getting started, the skill catalog, and how to add new skills later. If there are scripts for validating skills or generating docs, include those too.

Keep it practical for Claude Code users, and make it feel like a polished WIP project that still works cleanly. If you need to check current docs or best practices online, go ahead and do that.
