Build me a polished desktop app that acts like a command center for Claude Code. I want it to automatically find my Claude Code projects and sessions, let me browse them visually, search them, see past session details, and resume or start sessions without using the terminal.

It should also let me create custom Claude agents with names, icons, prompts, model choices, and permission settings, then run those agents in the background on a selected project and show their run history and logs.

Please include a usage dashboard so I can see token usage, cost, model breakdowns, project breakdowns, charts over time, and export the data. Add an MCP server manager where I can add servers, import existing Claude Desktop config, and test connections.

I also want a timeline view for sessions with checkpoints, restore, fork, and diffs, plus a built in editor for CLAUDE.md files with preview. Make it feel clean, modern, and easy for a normal person to use. Use Tauri if that fits, and look up current docs online if needed.
