Build me a local first character studio that runs in the browser and lets me turn a single image or a text prompt into a rigged 3D character, then pose it, animate it, and render out new images and short videos.

I want the app to feel like a simple workflow, starting with source image, then extracting the character, creating a clean turnaround, generating a 3D mesh and auto rigging it, and finally opening a three dimensional pose editor where I can drag joints, pick saved poses, and place clips on a timeline. It should keep previous versions so I can try different directions without losing anything, and I should be able to start from later steps too if I already have an image or a model.

Make it private and local first, with no backend or account, and let me paste in my own API keys for the AI calls. Use the current docs online if you need to, and make the interface polished and easy to understand.
