wordpress/mcp-adapter ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a WordPress plugin that connects the WordPress Abilities API to the Model Context Protocol so AI tools can discover and use WordPress abilities. I want it to expose abilities as MCP tools, resources, and prompts, with a default server that lets clients discover abilities, get ability details, and run an ability.

Make it work over both HTTP and STDIO, and let it support more than one server if needed. Keep abilities private unless they are explicitly marked public. Add basic permission checks, error handling, and a clean way to plug in logging or monitoring later.
