Build me a funny one page website called CatGPT. The idea is, what if ChatGPT were a cat. It should look and feel like a simple chat app inspired by ChatGPT, with a sidebar or header, a main chat area, a text box, and a send button.

When someone types any question, the site should not actually call AI or use the message for anything. It should just answer with random cat responses like meow, mrrp, purr, hiss, or longer silly strings of meows. Make it feel playful, with a cat avatar or cat image, a little typing delay, and maybe a few starter messages so it feels alive.
