Build me a WordPress performance plugin called GT Performance that helps sites load faster without breaking pages.

I want safe page caching, frontend optimizations on the server, and a simple admin area where I can control cache, CSS, JavaScript, images, database cleanup, Cloudflare, CDN, and integrations all in one place. It should protect logged in users, shopping carts, checkout pages, polls, comments, and other sensitive content so those pages never get cached by mistake.

Please include features for purging and warming cache, Cloudflare Free setup and sync, optional CDN URL rewriting, unused CSS handling, basic script minifying and defer controls, lazy image and font optimizations, and helpful status pages that explain what is happening in plain language. If useful, add WordPress admin bar actions and WP CLI commands for cache and diagnostic tasks.

Make it work as a real plugin with good defaults, safe behavior first, and clear settings for advanced users. Look up current WordPress and Cloudflare docs online if you need to.
