Build me an AI ready API platform for teams that need to design, manage, publish, and run APIs across cloud, hybrid, and on premises setups.

I want separate but connected areas for an API designer, a management portal, an API gateway, and a developer portal. The designer should support REST, GraphQL, and AsyncAPI specs, with a code and visual split view, live updates, mocking, governance checks, and AI help for writing specs and docs. The management portal should let admins manage gateways, APIs, policies, identity providers, deployments, and publishing. The gateway should route and secure traffic, support policies like auth, rate limits, and analytics, and work in containers or Kubernetes. The developer portal should let users discover APIs, search, try APIs, subscribe, and manage keys.

Make it GitOps friendly, Docker based, and usable from a CLI too. Add clear docs and quick starts so someone can run it locally. Look up current docs online if needed.
