Build me a modern tool for making browser extensions that feels easy to start with but still powerful.

I want a command line app that can create a new extension project, run it in a fast dev mode with hot reload, and build it for the main browsers. It should support both Manifest V2 and V3, work with TypeScript, and let me organize the extension with simple file based entry points instead of lots of manual setup. It should also make it easy to reuse shared code between extensions, auto import common things where possible, and give me a way to inspect bundle size. If you can, make it friendly to popular frontend frameworks too, but keep the setup simple and flexible. Look up current docs online if you need to, and make the starter experience polished enough that someone can get a real extension running quickly.
