Build me a command line tool that automatically edits videos and audio for me by cutting out dead space, especially silence, so I do not have to scrub through long recordings by hand. I want to be able to point it at a video file and have it detect quiet parts, optionally detect motion too, and then keep the interesting sections while trimming the rest. It should let me adjust how sensitive the cuts are, add a little padding around the cuts so the result feels natural, and support different edit styles for different tracks or parts of the video. It would also be great if it could export an edit decision file or project file that I can open in common video editors like Premiere, Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Shotcut, and Kdenlive.
