Build me an open source app that takes a photo or scan of handwritten math and turns it into LaTeX code.

I want it to work on equations written on paper or a tablet, and I want a simple demo where I can upload an image, see the recognized math, and copy the LaTeX output. It should also include the training and preprocessing workflow so I can run the model on my own dataset and fine tune it later. If there are any current docs or model details that would help, look them up online and use the best approach.

Please make the repo easy to set up, with clear install steps, a way to run preprocessing, and a training entry point for the OCR model. It would be great if the project also includes a few sample images or validation examples so I can test it quickly and see how well it handles messy handwriting.
