Build me a Python QR code generator that works from the command line and also as a small library.
I want to be able to paste in a link or any text and get a QR code image saved automatically. It should support the normal plain QR code, plus a more artistic version where I can use a picture as the center or background, and if the picture is a GIF it should output an animated QR code too. Let me choose the QR size and error correction level, and let me save to a custom file name and folder.
For the image based version, make it easy to tweak brightness and contrast, and let me switch between black and white or colorized output. Please make the defaults sensible so it works with just one simple command, but still let me customize it when I want. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online and match the usual behavior people expect from a QR generator like this.
